At Prior Builders we offer our services to our clients on a cost plus 10% basis contract - what your build costs us plus 10%. You the client enjoys the buying power of Prior Builders allowing you the freedom of making choices or variations that suit your needs.
To keep customers informed of thier job costs we provide monthly:

Prior Builders invoices showing weekly labour costs, material and trades costs (with supporting documents)

Prior Builders job sheet which shows customer payment ledger, a running total of their job cost and purchase discription, costs of materials and ttrades used.
